WE ARE HERE TO SERVE YOU!
Over the past 30 years, London Bridge has offered to the collector a fine selection coupled with competitive prices.  But, the most important ingredient is service.  Ron Ruddell is internationally known for his knowledge of Britains products and Z-Scale Trains.  Although some health issues has curtailed some of his hours, he is available in the store and by phone to answer your many questions.  Ron has served as a consultant to Britains and several other companies as well as auction houses.  Because of these varied activities, it is always best to call beforehand when coming to the store.  This is so that you will be assured of Ron's personal attention and expertise.  Due to time constraints, it is sometimes difficult to answer detailed questions by email.  It is always faster to call during our business hours for any questions, as we are available to instantly help you. Likewise, phone orders are preferred and are filled faster than email orders.

Visitors to our store can attest to our vast stocks of Britains, both old and new, our castings inventory and the huge selection of Z-Scale Trains.  By offering just Z-Scale, we can focus on assisting customers with this very special scale.  Likewise, visitors to our store are treated to a tour of our manufacturing process.  Also available on certain days is Ken Ruddell.  For those of you who have any questions on the French 1st Empire period, Ken is available with his vast knowledge of military history.  On display in the store are antique military artifacts.

Our mail order department is available daily except Sundays for phone orders between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. East Coast Time.  In the near future, we plan to make changes and upgrade our website.
