Placing Orders
• Orders can be phoned to us at (610) 967-6887 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EST) except Sundays. We have no answering machine.
• Orders can be FAXED to us 24-hours-a-day at (610) 967-6887.
• Our store is open Mon. through Fri. 10am to 6pm and Sat. 10am to 5pm.
Please check our large offerings of Britains castings made under license from Britains. Visitors to our store may tour our manufacturing facilities and studios.

Payments
• Orders from these listings and others may be phoned, mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us.
• There is a $20.00 minumum order requirement for mail order, prior to adding the shipping cost.
• Pennsylvania residents ONLY add 6% sales tax.
• Prices subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
• All delivery dates and stock subject to production schedules by Britains.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover/Novus credit cards; money orders; and personal checks. Please allow ten days for checks to clear.
• All payments should be made in U.S. funds.
• We suggest that you NOT e-mail your FIRST credit card order. After that, you may e-mail an order referencing "credit card number on record".

Shipping
• Most of our domestic shipping in the continental U.S. has been with United Parcel Service. Annual rate increases by UPS has made their service very costly.
• The shipping and packing charge for orders under $400.00 is $9.50. Orders over $400.00 are sent free (Domestic Only).
• For small casting orders for US DOMESTIC SHIPPING via US Mail only, and UNDER 1 POUND, is now reduced to $8.00.
• We strongly suggest insurance on orders over $100. This charge is 50 cents per $100. (First $100 is free.)
• Changes in United Parcel's delivery policies also mean that certain rural addresses do not have daily delivery. This is very regrettable and something we cannot control.
• Our shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and overseas are all by U.S. Mail. At the customers expense.
• Overseas customers will only be charged for actual cost per parcel. Please advise AIR or SURFACE as to method of shipping. Payment for foreign orders must be by Credit Card Only
• For all orders, backordered items will be changed 50% of shipping costs..

• All parcels are carefully and securely packed for safe shipping. We pride ourselves in using the finest packing and shipping materials to insure that your order arrives safely.

• In most instances orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

** Due to the astronomical increase in the cost of metal and higher energy expenses we will be forced to raise prices on some of our castings. For most of these it will be the first price increase in 3 years. We do not do this lightly, but it is essential in order to maintain our quality and service. This increase will take effect on all orders posted after September 1, 2007.
